Communications Officer
In early March, the Commanding Officer, accompanied by FANYs sponsored by the Grocers over the past five years, attended the Livery City Dinner at Grocers’ Hall. The guest of honour was our Commandant‑in‑Chief, HRH The Princess Royal, accompanied by Sir Tim Laurence, and the occasion marked the first time Her Royal Highness wore the FANY Mess Kit, which is now being adopted more widely by members of the Corps for Livery and other formal events.
We remain deeply grateful to Nathan Kashket for crafting our jackets, and we hold in fond memory costume designer Naomi Gibbs, who created our dresses and who tragically passed away in early March.
