Seventeen members supported the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) Passchendaele commemorations that took place in Flanders this weekend, which included services at the Menin Gate and Tyne Cot.
The FANY (PRVC) were awarded 17 Military Medals in World War I, and unlike many of the regiments who fought at Passchendaele, we still exist today and follow in the footsteps of some incredibly brave and courageous women. To find out more about our history click here.
The FANY (PRVC) is an all-female voluntary charity supporting military and civil authorities in times of emergency. We provide highly-trained volunteers who are on call 24/7 to provide immediate and skilled surge manpower for at least 72 hours following an incident as part of the effort to help London recover.
