Launched by Roland Rudd in November 2011, with the aim of encouraging charitable giving in the UK, FANY (PRVC) is pleased to announce that it is supporting LEGACY10 in their aim.
Featured on the Welfare page of the LEGACY10 website [www.legacy10.com], FANY hopes that individuals looking to leave 10% of their taxable wealth to a charitable cause will take advantage of a reduced rate in Inheritance Tax from its normal level of 40% down to 36%. In practical terms this means the benefit to the beneficiary charity will be four times greater than the cost to the estates beneficiary and HMRC will shoulder the burden of 76pence for every pound donated.
